Let me start by say this company is top notch. I recently ordered an item on line and made a mistake. They caught the mistake and took the time to call me to resolve the matter. Great customer service, they really care.

Everyone there was super helpful every time I’ve worked with them. Mike made sure I was taken care of quickly even when he was out of the country and his staff stepped in to finish the process off and get it all done. I’d highly recommend American Wood Importers

So nice to work with a company that cares about their customers. Ordered from their site and unbeknownst to me I was charged too much for shipping due to a glitch in their system. The owner called me and let me know that I was accidentally overcharged and took care of the issue. So many companies would have just let it ride and I wouldn't have known. Appreciate the integrity. You've earned my business!
