Arrived with an appointment for new glasses but I thought and told the front assistant that I was pretty sure I had a prescription from under 2 years ago. Instead of checking and making sure and not telling me if it was expired I'd have to get a new prescription in order to get glasses, she cancels the appointment and informs me to go ahead and pick out what I want, the techs will help me when I'm done. I spent 30mins picking out the perfect pairs just to sit down and be told my prescription expired in March this year.....that I shouldn't have canceled and I'll have to make another appointment for a different day.....
Americas best is an amazing place to find great deals on something some of us need to function in everyday life. Just don't go to THIS location. It Would have ruined me from ever going back if I haven't had 10+years of getting glasses here.
