Not a happy customer after after ordering 2 pairs its been downfall customer service wise just getting attiude from the receptionist to th4 person dispenced my glasses. In the beginning it seemed exciting 2 pairs for $179. When lab came back with making my sun glasses the glasses weren't made correct you could see the lenses was miss space on the tint for sunglases. After that which wasnt my fault its there labs fault. Customer service needs to be retaught for the front end of the establishment. However the doctors tech was good n the doctor was.good.

Came in to do a remote visit. Their equipment is outdated and slow. They were unable to send my photos to the Dr. Due to technical issues. After waiting 30 minutes in a room I went out to find someone to update me . They didn’t seem to care that they left me sitting in that room . Not only was I asked to come back the next day, I had to pay a different price to see the Dr. In person, when the issues are no fault of mine.

Because of one person lack of communication, concern for my time and inconvenience, I am giving them a 1 Star.

No accountability.

Poor customer service.

I purchased a box of contacts from this store and paid extra to have them shipped to my house for faster shipping. They informed me it was going to take 5 to 7 business days to ship to my house instead of 10 days to send to the store. I waited 10 days then called and she sent them to the store then I told her I will be in to get them and she already remailed them back out to my house so I had to wait even longer. Also after about three days of using my contacts I got an eye infection which was new I then called them to ask about why this was happening and the only answer I got for all my many questions was you should know this. I’m not a doctor nor am I knowledgeable about it. How am I suppose to know it. Worst customer service ever.
