Had a great experience. Was able to book an appointment quickly, staff was friendly and efficient, and my glasses arrived within a week! They even gave my husband a plastic case for his reading glass, which he bends carry them in a soft case in his pocket, for free. Great customer service. I went in for the $69.95 deal and I did pay $20 extra to have a full eye exam, the original price only includes a vision test to determine your prescription. I've seen people complain about the "up sell" of additional things, like the eye health exam, scratch resistant coatings, etc. I had vision insurance a few years ago. On top of the monthly premium, I still had an office co-pay, AND had to buy my frames as well. With insurance, it cost me around $150 (not including my premium) for my exam and a single pair of glasses. I got 2 pairs with America's Best for almost 50% less expense. Great selection of frames as well without having to upgrade! I will definitely use them again.
