if I could give ZERO stars oh man I would! I scheduled a contact lens exam so I can renew my prescription. My appointment was for this coming Monday and they called me a week prior to tell me they’re CANCELLING my appointment. I’ve explained I’m not new to contact lenses, I just need an updated prescription and advised me to drive to Tacoma since they would “better help me” LOL

Careful. They don’t even have a doctor on site. You’re gonna have a virtual visit, which makes me laugh. Welp, guess I’m spending my money on lasik!

The place is seriously understaffed. Despite that the gal that did the digital exam had the patience of a saint. Didn’t make note of her name😩. I prefer going here because usually they are pretty efficient and price is reasonable. But it was wild…2 .5 hrs when all said and done, rescheduled due to lack of doctors originally and several people were sent away after waiting because of equipment issues. Have to take hubby back as he has been rescheduled now twice. 4 stars because the ones that went to work were doing their absolute best to hold it together.
