If I could give this location a 10 I would!! After visiting the Columbia tech location with very unpleasant service we were sent to the Vancouver mall location and I am so beyond happy it happened this way!! Candy went above and beyond to help my mom get new frames but also helped her with her old ones!! Candy was so sweet and beyond helpful! I will forever be visiting this location!!

I've been here twice and it's a good place just the parking lot is dangerous. I was helping my grandmother across the parking lot, and both me and her were almost ran over by a white tesla by an arrogant young man who's girlfriend or best friend was calling us names and waiting for us in the parking lot. I'd give this place a 5 star, but I don't go here anymore due to that experience. I'd say more security needs to be at this lot for all stores and people to be safe.
