I noticed some other reviews complaining about communication - in my experience, the best way to get a quick answer to a question is to call or text him directly, rather than emailing. We closed 4 weeks after getting into contract, which was a great feat given the nationwide appraisal shortage. If I ever need another mortgage or potential refinance down the road, I'll know who to call.
