I had my lip filler done here with Lisa and it was a 10/10 experience.
Lisa spend time giving me a quality consultation. I wasn't sure what I wanted but she asked the right questions to determine if I was a filler candidate, and wouldn't have proceeded had I not been. She showed me pictures and discussed my timeline and risks as I was leaving for vacation shortly after the procedure.
I was nervous since I'd heard the procedure was painful but I barely felt a thing! Lisa was so gentle and continually checked in on me during the procedure. The team was very transparent with pricing as well!
I am obsessed with my results and had very minimal swelling after. I will absolutely be returning to Lisa in the future and referring my friends.
I am going to be honest, I had a horrible experience getting Botox here. They messed up my brows bad and then had the audacity to try and charge me to fix them. My eyebrows were literally throwing up Gang signs. Even after they tried to fix them they didn’t do a great job. I will go back to skintight aesthetics on the west side. I’ve been getting Botox and Dysport for years. So insane. Also they wasted my time trying to upsell me other services. Thank God I worked at a medical spa before and declined. They couldn’t even do a simple Botox procedure, I will definitely not be going back. Filler and Botox is truly an art form and Leigh at Skintight Aesthetics is the BEST. I think this location is more suited for simple facials but when it comes to medical services I’m good. They also tried to sell me skincare but I already use the best stuff. I just wanted a simple Botox procedure and it went completely WRONG.
UPDATE 10/2/2024 I Went to Nurse Lisa because she was recommended to me. I actually did not add her name to the review because I didn’t want to be mean to your employee but hey that’s on you. Anyways I had pulled out cash to pay for the Botox and I would have gotten the other units and just paid with my card but your wife who helps run your business said it was fine and just to get whatever units with the cash. You are supposed to be the expert not me so if you knew that getting less units would leave me LOPSIDED you should have said that. Period. I took my time with this post because I was hoping for an apology which was never received. I will never return to your location for Botox because it was a bad experience. I am super happy that I declined any of the laser facial packages during my consultation. Also Your are lying, I was NEVER Violent I was telling your husband that I should not pay for your companies mistakes. Why would I pay for botched Botox?!? If I ruined someone’s eyebrows I would fix it and not charge. Skintight Aesthetics is soooo much better because if Leigh is not happy with the look she will fix it with no charge. Also I didn’t request for touch up I requested for you to fix my crooked brows. Clients are walking advertisements for you so I am shocked at the fact that you would leave them with crooked brows. Also you guys told me to come in and that you would fix my botched brows. To me that sounds like you would be fixing it without charge. After I get there sit in the chair then all of a sudden it’s my responsibility.
