I'm a big fan of Amorinos and have had their gelatos at different locations. The flavors here were spot on and consistent. The Alphonso mango and Sicilian pistachio are always good. The mascarpone-fig icecream was refreshing! I was delighted when the guy making my icecream asked if I would like the actual pistachio nuts on my icecream and proceeded to do so. The reason why I took away 2 stars (and based on fantastic experience at other Amorinos shops) - they didn't know how to make coffee even though it was on the menu! We were meeting a friend who ordered and paid for a cortado (on the menu) After a 10 minute wait, was told that they didn't know how to make one! When asked if they could then make a cappuccino instead, they didn't know how to make that either! Maybe there was new staff who weren't trained to make coffee, but then why not just say that upfront while taking an order!? We spent most of our time checking on the coffee instead of sitting down and catching up.
