Great wine, gorgeous venue, and fun apparel, but awful service! Our server on 9/8 didn't bother spending any time explaining the wines to us and seemed bothered by any questions we asked. She rushed us through the tastings and made rude comments. I was really interested in one of the shirts they sell and willing to go online to buy it, but she wouldn't answer any of my questions about it, so I left empty-handed. We were excited to travel to Chelan from Bellingham, with our family guests visiting from Kentucky, and show them our favorite wineries, and we were very disappointed that this was the service we received. We have been to many tastings across the US ( including Willamette Valley, Napa, etc) and this was hands down worst service we've ever received. We hope the owners can figure this out because wine was delicious and venue really was breathtaking!
