They didn't allow me to use the restrooms without buying anything in the store. Although overall it's fair, I tried to explain in the neighbour place (Subway) has restroom closed, but they still didn't allow me use the restroom

My wife and I are sitting in the ER right now. Today while with my young grandson, my elderly mother, and her handicapped brother in the car,my wife slide feet up and broke her hand, her foot looks broken. The two men behind the counter did help her up, ask if she was okay or anything. Told her that the floor wasn't wet ,and it was.The clerk then went and got a wet floor sign and put it where the water was. Shame on you for the way you treated her!
