There are two guys that I see a lot who work here that are rude, not helpful, and a disgrace to customer service. I might just quit going here all together. I was a little irritated that I bought 2 donuts that I could have used as paper weights. When I politely mentioned that they might want to switch out old donuts, the guy just said oh well. Maybe he just doesn't know English?? But that is NOT the only time he's been rude!! I give up. I'm calling the manager. If you can't at least fake nice, you shouldn't work at a job that deals with people!!
Update: I will call that number that was suggested to me that I call. I couldn't believe the service I got the other night!!! Horrible!!! I have been literally counting change lately, which I thought many convenience stores have wanted lately anyway. So you can imagine my surprise when this dude was literally snearing at me when I was giving him my change to get gas. There were no other customers and he wasn't doing anything else and money is money. I wanted to ask him if he forgot how to count...
