Today I stopped by this location. The young lady who rang me up was polite and professional. However there was another lady on shift and there seem to be a problem with a customer. The customer was standing outside by her bike and I’m not for sure what happened prior to me coming to the store. But the store clerk threw water on the young lady and her bike, and told her to leave the front of the store. Like I said, I’m not sure what took place before I came, but throwing water on her, and her bike was a bit much for me to witness.

Hands-down, the worst location I’ve ever visited in my life. Not only are the regular workers rude and disrespectful. The manager(Jeannie) was also rude and disrespectful. And this seems to be with the afternoon shift as I hate to see people who are not people persons work at jobs such as retail of any kind. I will surely be calling Arco as a whole tho I doubt anything is gonna be done about the complaint. I at least want to let the people know to be mindful as you may be treated as if you’re not a customer who deserves amazing customer service but treated and talked to like your less then that of a human being.

My most recent experience was awful! I was there to purchase gas and cash in a lottery ticket for a free ticket. After deciding to buy an additional ticket I was told I had to provide the lady, (Phoenix), my Birthdate. Not my Id, but my birthdate. She then said she could give me the free ticket, but not the ticket I wanted to purchase. She then ask what year was I born. Again, where is the policy? I am protective of my personal information. This has never happened to me at any vendor that sells lottery tickets. I asked why now, I asked to see a policy, and asked for consistency. Another person started rudely talking to me about the issue. He appear to be high or on something (They should maybe drug test their employees?). A third gentleman was professional as I left the store. I mean this wholeheartedly when I said, their rudeness is why they are working there. Reason:It seems like that particular AM PM has hired disrespectful people versus people who treat customers with respect. I will call in order to speak directly to the owner. I will also call The coorporte office. People work hard and long not to be treated the way I've been treated at that location for the second time. Which is two times too many.
