The old working at 3am outside smoking at the front door was extremely rude I said good morning 3 times he ignored me which of fine but then when I went to the counter before I can even sit my cup down he goes coffee 189 so I asked him to scan my app he quickly flashed the thing at my phone and said no discount but I saw he didn’t really scan it for real so I asked him to scan it again because I had rewards so he raised his voice at me yelling NO DISCOUNT NO DISCOUNT as he angrily scan my app again TURNS OUT like I said he didn’t even scan my app the first time. I said thank you and he just stared at me then walked off to go finish his cigarette. Like why are you so rude for no reason?

Very rude. Watched the cashier take money from the cash register and put it in his wallet.
