Best car buying experience I have had - professional and felt effortless!!! The perfect vehicle for my needs - Derek has been my go-to for expert service for years (mercedes) and I knew I wanted to purchase through him. Over the years he has kept my vehicle sounding and running beautifully and kept me informed so that my maintenance was cost effective and helped me retain value and operate most economically as well. A SCAM! It is a non-serious company. They send you completely defective products for your BMW and then they don't want to take charge of changing them or giving you a refund. Disastrous experience. Not recommendable.

I've been searching for the right Porsche 911 for a number of months. AMS AutoGroup ended up having the right one for me. After contacting Derek through CarGurus, he immediately responded to me even though it was on a weekend. I requested much information (photos, service records, etc.) and Derek responded thoroughly and in speedy fashion. Derek made himself available on a weekend for me to fly out and inspect the vehicle. I was warmly greeted by Derek and Robin. After inspecting and test driving the Porsche, we completed the transaction in a speedy and efficient manner and I was on my way.
