I just was told I could not see the Doctor because I was paying cash for a visit due to the fact that my husband's company was moving us over to cobra and not in place yet. I told them that, and said I would pay all the expenses up front and work with cobra on my own. They said they do not work with people paying up front for their services and only with Insurance. Really? Disappointed

Had to see Doctor Richardson in a pinch because my regular podiatrist was out of town. Had a horrible gout flare and Doctor Richardson, despite my requests for medication I know works, prescribed me something that not only didn’t help but made it worse and then had to give me a shot right in my joint which also didn’t help. When my regular doctor returned home he gave me my regular course of medication and I was better in two days - certainly better than the two plus weeks under Dr Richardsons “care.” Would not recommend.

If you are EVER in need of an amazing foot doctor who cares about children, health and well being of the family, this is the place you should go!!! I worked with her for five plus years as a foot surgery scheduler and administrative assistant before she was able to start her own practice!!! SHE ABSOLUTELY ROCKS!!

In regards to another post I saw here, the fact of the matter is, warts grow back. No matter who treats them. One must have patience, and Dr Richardson will always strive to help it make it better!
