There are no words to explain how grateful I am for this amazing company and the incredible level of service I have been given by Vera, Mr Eade, and all the team. Any Amazon seller will understand when going through immense difficulty that it takes an army to overcome the obstacles they place. I was in absolute crisis when I contacted them and they led me through the most traumatic experience of my life. They provided constant communication, empathy, encouragement, and above all an incredible level of service that helped me solved my account problems and led to the positive conclusion of my issue. I am absolutely indebted to this company, especially to Vera, who went above and beyond to help me, even outside of her working hours. I would give 100 stars if possible but all I can say is give my highest recommendation to this team and absolutely advise anyone to get in touch with them to solve your Amazon problems. They failed several times and then became unresponsive. It feels like we wasted our money. They didn’t take responsibility until the end, and each time the POA was only slightly modified with just a few lines

I was very pleased with the service I received. I had my account deactivated for "counterfeit" claims, finally after many appeals I got my account reinstated. The team assigned to me worked with me every step of the way. Aleksei had amazing response time and made sure to make the process as easy as possible. I am glad I went with Amazon Seller Attorney!
