Zero, and dishonest. Contracted to paint our house on 9/11/15, cashed our check for 1/2 payment the same day. We were waiting for them to paint the house so it could be listed, and we had to leave for a new job.

Larry met with us and guaranteed it would start on Monday the 14th or 15th and finish it. After multiple contacts and calls, Larry constantly came up with excuses re-scheduled 4 times. He has our money, never painted our place, and is now saying he will "drop off" a check at our realtor for the money he took from us.

When we first met him he bragged about the quality of his work, and his dependability. All lies, and wouldn't be surprised if he has stolen from other trusting folks in the past.

He has delayed out house listing, lied to us, and is generally a roach of a person. Never pay him a penny, never do business with him.
