Last week I underwent a cancer surgery on my forehead. Today they removed the stitches. Dr. Hines is the best of the best! He and his staff are caring and dedicated to insure the best possible outcome for a patient like me, 81 years old woman. It is ironic, that he is the only locally owned and operated dermatologist in Skagit Co. He does not have a glitzy advertisement like others in the area. Dr. Hines and his small staff made me believe that professional, attentive and personable medical care still exists. Thank you Dr. Hines and your staff for a job well done. I am sure you will have many happy patients.

My husband and I have seen Dr. Hines several times now. Each visit has been thorough and unrushed. We have appreciated his knowledge, his expertise, and his practical advice. Advice that has always worked! His staff has always been helpful and polite. We both happily recommend Dr. Hines for anyone looking for a great dermatologist.
