I cannot believe the audacity of one of the employees there. My phone had died and I asked if I could please borrow the phone. With a teasing voiced and a grin on her face, she asks to tell here again. I repeated that I was asking if I could use the phone. I told her that I needed to call my insurance’s ride company. She then asks about the companies name and the doctors name…….Proceeded to ask her why she was asking all this information and to forget about it. She then goes on to tell me “the answer is no” she needed to know because she would “maybe I will make an exception” All but one of the employees that I have had a displeasure of interacting with, they all lack professionalism ( being loud in the quiet area, chopping it out with a guest who is always talking about the same book he is reading, threatening to walk you out when they don’t have answers and I try to help out by rephrasing the question, not following up…… The only exceptional one is a guy by the name of Jason.

Ages seperate sections. Second floor adult section is very queit but lack of outlets

🗣️one of the best libraries with the friendliest staff on all floors. Anaheim Central Library is always stocked with current and historical 📚 📖 📕/magazines/audibles and has working computers. Their programs are geared towards academic, local, and global events (ranging from historical, reading time for infants, pre-school, STEAM for school age, and some of the best senior workshops that offer financial planning that include taxes, living wills, and language).

🎩 🎩🎩 of to the board of trustees and incredible TEAM that keeps Anaheim Central Library well maintained, stocked with current BOOKS, audio, and a team that is HAPPY to help you and your loved ones build connections that start with reading! They even have a local trolley that picks up and drops off Anaheim residents that are registered with ACL! 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅
