Not safe!!! They allow homeless people to loiter there and harass people for money! A family member was threatened with his life if he didn’t give the homeless man money. Then he was attacked as he was trying to get the guy away. ARTIC needs better security and not allow this to happen!!!😢

This rating is NOT for the train station but for the buses that operate within it. What a horrible horrible transit service they offer and the ppl who organize it should be ashamed. Wait times that keep on being extended up to 45 mins for a morning shuttle. Delayed service/drop offs. Don't use the buses, even more so if you have young kids. Going to Disney? Stay within legit walking distance, or find a hotel with a free shuttle, or pay for parking. It is not worth the stress. I'm going to be spreading the word that the ART buses are pathetic. I should have been more cautious when not seeing ART bus specific options to review on Google, they want to hide in the shadows! Drivers are mostly friendly though.

Large modern station building with clear signs, clean restrooms, elevators, ticket machines and staff, including security staff to help if needed. There is a large parking lot available as well as a pick up and drop off area in front of the main entrance which makes ride share easy to locate. The main building is fully enclosed but the platforms are not, to take into consideration during inclement weather. The platforms have information screens on. Very nice modern station.
