Called them around 12pm on a Friday. No answer. Ok they're probably at lunch so I leave a message. They call back about 2.5 hours later and I tell them I can come by. I pull up at 3pm and there's not a soul to be found. I call the number again and they say they're at lunch, could I please wait 10 minutes? I decide to leave since this place looks sketchy and the customer service leaves much to be desired. Check out another facility around the corner that actually has a nice office with people working in it. I ask them if they heard of Anaheim U Store and the employee says she's gone to check it out before but they said they were on lunch.

1/5 stars because they're always on lunch. The other positive reviews at this location must be fake.
