Was promptly received for one o'clock appointment. Receptionists are always polite, neat appearance and accommodating. They inform if co-pays necessary w/visit due to medical exam done that time, not just followup.
Once taken into examining rooms technicians extremely polite escorting this senior around. They help make experience more confident, can't express my gratefulness more.
Being taken care of by Dr. Holt, is the biggest relief ever. He is thorough, can't emphasize this enough, knowledgeable in his field and listens. When the situation is more delicate and more care is needed he gives options without fear for those at receiving end. Believe me I have had poor eyesight since a child and some eye doctors have left me feeling frightened and with no hope for improvement. Not saying Dr. Holt will let you slip by not using drops nightly but he emphasizes it in a civil way. My roommate also uses Dr. Holt and feels the same way I do. As far as any drawback maybe the parking lot could be made larger. Bigger vehicles tend to take up almost 2 spots to park.
