I was referred to this location as they have tech individuals to help solve issues or questions.. my question was answered with in 10 min and I was very satisfied .
The store had lots of stoves and varieties on display for burning gas,wood or pellet stoves.. There were designs for many applications.. if your looking for a stove or or decorative heating

Our fireplace did not work and I called to schedule a service. I received a call back shortly after and the technician, Kevin, helped me troubleshoot over the phone. I was able to quickly fix the problem and he was happy to help. Friendly service at no charge--what more could you ask for? I will go back to Anderson Fireplace and Spas for all of our needs in the future.

Woke up to my gas fireplace not working, pilot wouldn't stay lit. Did some DIY research and diagnosis, but from the standpoint of someone who had never worked on one of these before. Called Anderson, spoke with Kay(sp?). For 10 minutes, she walked me through the process of determining my fireplace make, model, serial, very patient and kind, top notch customer service. With me having a rough idea of what I might possibly need (and fingers crossed that I was correct!), she determined the part number that matched my requirement and put it on standby for me. Picked it up that afternoon, took it home, spent an hour repairing my own fireplace with a part that was an exact match for its predecessor. Works better than ever. Highly recommend, thank you Anderson!
