The shoe selection here is 5 stars if you are looking for comfort shoes that are high quality. This has been my favorite shoe store in Seattle for years -- I stop by often as I walk between downtown and Cap Hill. I went last week and I don't think I'll go back.
This was the 3rd or 4th time I've been helped by a woman with blondish/ reddish hair and I just find interactions with her unpleasant in that fake nice/overly helpful/kinda pushy sort of way. This time when I asked the price she said "oh, and 10% off" when she had just told another person a few minutes ago that shoes were 15% off. When I said, "I think you mean 15%" she said "Oh yeah I forgot." Uh, really? That was the final straw. I think I'm done.
