My under-18-year-old son recently received a speeding citation in Camarillo on the 101. In his haste to return home from a two-day school outing, he made the mistake of following the fast-moving ‘flow of traffic.’ Unfortunately, he was the one pulled over and faced the consequences. He called me from the scene, and although he handled everything correctly, he still received the speeding violation. When he handed me the ticket at home, I couldn’t help but think about the timing—estimating the cost of the ticket, potential driving school expenses, and increased insurance rates. Later that evening, during a phone conversation with a friend, I learned about Andrew Roberts, Esq. My friend praised him as a fantastic attorney experienced in representing cases like ours. We enrolled in the law enforcement class, which lasted only a couple of hours and obtained a signed completion certificate from the CHP (California Highway Patrol). At Juvenile Court in Oxnard, we presented the certificate to the bailiff, who confirmed its completeness. The judge then dismissed the case—we were good to go. It felt almost unbelievable.
