They keep NO records of their deliveries. Let that sink in for a second. What kind of delivery company doesn’t keep any records at all which driver was supposed to deliver a package at which time? If they don’t deliver your package, well that’s just too bad for you. The person I spoke to was extremely unprofessional and didn’t seem to want to bother helping out. If DHL hired them as a third party, it’s basically a dice roll what will happen to your package.
