My insurance said the tow driver would arrive within 2 hours. He arrived in 1.5 hours, helpful and courteous. He towed my son's vehicle and him for 99 miles safely in the snow. Their dispatcher lady called me three times to check on how we were doing. I received excellent customer service from this towing company and would recommend!

I’m not sure what other peoples’ experiences were, but I got stuck today in a National Forest road and with a flat tire. Kim came to get me and he was incredibly helpful. I don’t think any other tow truck would make the effort to get to where I got stuck. If Kim hadn’t come, I would still have been stuck right now.

Insurance company said Andy’s Towing had accepted the job and gave an ETA of 2 hours. We waited on the side of the highway for 2 hours. The tracker said the truck was arriving soon but never showed. Called Andy’s and they said they never “Accepted” the job. However, because the driver did not “decline” the job, there was no way for us or the insurance company to know they weren’t coming. When I called Andy’s towing, the dispatcher would not admit to their drivers error or apologize for the wasted 3 hours.
