When I started at Anesis I was in so much pain that I would cry from the burning pain on my back. I did physical therapy and that helped a bit. Then I came for an evaluation . I was given an injection on both sides of my spine. At the beginning my level was 10 then the level went down to a 4 and I was happy . That lasted for about 3 months so I went back for another injection on my right side. That one lasted 2 months. I had another 2 injections because I was going to see me family and friends for Christmas . Again I had relief for 2 months . I asked Dr H what else I could do because I didn’t want to get injections every 2 months.. She said that I could get an SJ Joint Infusion on my right side where I had the most pain. After extensive MRIs and x-rays blood tests I was approved to have this done on August 10,2022. I had my staples removed on August 19th . My pain level has been at 2 after this procedure. I was treated very well by staff in Tacoma and the staff in Olympia. Thank you Dr. H and the Anesis staff for helping me have a normal life. I would recommend this procedure for anyone that is suffering like I was. Helen

I have degenerative disc disease and Anesis has helped me for the last 3 years navigate different treatment plans to get the best results possible. I'm happy to say that today was my final visit unless I start experiencing symptoms again. In December I had a spinal stimulator implanted which has reduced my pain by 90%. I don't have to take pain medication any more and I don't have to think about if a certain movement will cause shooting pain in my back or leg. I just have to remember to recharge the stimulator every couple days to keep it on. I highly recommend Anesis if you are looking for a solution for your pain. I think the biggest barriers comes from what insurance wants to cover, but they helped navigate through all the options and prerequisites needed to get my treatment where it needed to be. I am forever grateful to return to a normal pain free life.

I recommend this practice and all the wonderful people that work there whole heartedly. I came into this office in so much pain I was unable to even make my own bed and was having trouble walking. I had a plan to get my life back and they were 100% on board. They listened to me and helped me with my back problems first. I now am pain free in my back for the first time in over a decade. We are going to tackle my hip problem next. I know that they will help me get back to the lifestyle I want. I can't say enough good things about these people and the wide variety of help they have available to get patients better. They truly do care about their patients.
