My child has been attending Angel Baby child care for almost a year and a half. Finding childcare is hard in the best of circumstances. As a first time mom with a 2020 pandemic baby finding childcare when choices and tours were minimal or non-existent was excruciating. Yiyi(Auntie) Helen is the best and put this hyper-vigilant worried mama mind at ease. She was the only provider we visited where my not socialized infant did not cry. She loves my child as her own. She is incredibly communicative, sending photos and videos daily-which I love! She has years of experience in SF as a family child care provider and in China where she taught for many years. While I was not specifically looking for Mandarin immersion, it is an amazing and wonderful benefit and so neat to see my child counting and learning in Mandarin. The ratio is fantastic with 2 adults to 4-5 children. The entire downstairs is dedicated to the childcare and her space is warm, inviting, super clean, and toys are rotated in and out. She feeds the children healthy (mostly?) organic food. This is a HUGE plus that I didn’t realize many places do not have. My child eats veggies and meat that she makes that she won’t when I try to make the same thing. She has the magic touch with naps and if asked will share her perspective/magic. Helen is warm and loving and genuinely cares for the children. She will even check in on my child if we are out due to sickness. She takes them to the local parks and outside areas in the complex. I can not say enough about how much we love Yiyi (auntie) Helen. We will be sad to leave when we attend preschool as my child truly loves YiYi and talks about her on the weekends. Without reservation I recommend Angel Baby Child Care.

My daughter has been attending Angel Baby Childcare since she was 3.5 months. She's now almost 2. We've loved having Helen (AKA yeeyee, which means auntie in Chinese) as her caregiver every step of the way, from baby, to baby wearing a hip brace in preparation for hip surgery due to hip dysplasia, to hip recovery and now early toddlerhood.

I trust her completely with food choice (always healthy options at every meal - salmon, chicken, beef, veggies, fruit, grains, homemade bread, yogurt), keeping my daughter warm and clean, safety, activities at the playground and all the arts and crafts that they do at her house.

She's communicative, sending multiple photos and videos throughout the day, professional, caring and really loves and care for the children.

We were brand new to SF when our daughter started going to Helen's and we will forever be grateful for her. She's made our transition to a new city while being new parents so easy and worry-free. I can't recommend her strongly enough and honestly wish I could have my daughter there till she's in kindergarten!!!

We've had an incredible experience with Helen and her staff at Angel baby. As first time parents, it's been really important to us to drop our baby off somewhere where he feels happy, where the staff looks happy to have him, and where they will take amazing and attentive care of him everyday. Helen has absolutely created that exact environment. Our son is beaming and giggling when he sees her everyday, and she and her staff look at him the same way, which truly makes it feel like she's an extension of our family. Her and her staff's demeanor is so cheery, pleasant, and caring, it makes me so happy to know our son has the opportunity to spend time with her and other little ones each day. Highly recommend!
