Teresa applied for my mom, brother, sister, and myself years back around 2001/911event for ours pathway to citizenship. She had told us year after year that we were waiting on a law change to be able to proceed with our case. About 2 years ago we found a really good lawyer we tired to get our old documents from her and she told us someone had already picked up our files without our knowledge. Luckily everything she had sent to the USCIS was able to get retrieved. We had enough information to show proof we were here prior to 2001 and enough evidence to provide that our entry was legal due to entering through the boarder checkpoints. My brothers packet was submitted about a year ago and now is a permanent residents as for my I as of today have been approved for my EAD and waiting on my 485 interview. I applied about 6 months ago. They told me that Teresa could have been made us residents it’s just she had a person issue with us due to my dads sister. My step dads sister and her are close friends and my step dads sister doesn’t like us so she tried everything in her power to keep us from getting our pathway to citizenship. She is highly rude as well. We went in once to try to get any information about our case and she proceeded with saying “you’re never going to become legal status and I’ll make sure of it if you keep on annoying me.” My mom then went and asked why not and she said while she snapped a paper in front of her face with an angry tone “listen to me again YOURE NEVER GOING TO BECOME LEGAL”! When I went to my biometrics I commented about Foster and the lady said “yeah it’s weird I haven’t seen any of her cases in a while...that’s weird”. If any of you have pending cases with her I suggest going to an immigration lawyer. Don’t give this woman any money. If she screwed us over because of our step dads sister imagine how she’d treat anyone else that doesn’t have a close connection as us to her. Sure we were set to failure and as much as to give our sensitive information to who knows(we think it was my step dads brother who doesn’t like us either due to the description). I suggest going to anyone else that isn’t this low of a person in all honesty.

I had a phone appointment today with Teresa regarding some citizenship questions I had , she was very polite and ask me the right questions , she is very truthful and help me to know dates that i can apply specifically for my case !
