I brought my son in for an appointment with Dr. Truong. He was great. He was able to see blood vessels not previously seen by my kids (wonderful) pediatrician. I adore her but know certain issues require specialized doctors. He explained everything he was doing to both my son and I. We both appreciated this as it eased both of our nerves by walking us through the process. He cauterized my sons nose with warning he may need further treatments in the future. So no surprises if the issue isn’t 100% solved yet. But so far so good! This is the first time I feel our concerns have been thoroughly addressed and I am very grateful. I’ve read through negative the scheduling reviews and personally I had no problems with scheduling. In fact I was able to get an appointment quickly and in the office/ time I preferred. I am very pleased with the entire office from start to finish and I will be scheduling any other appointments needed with Dr. Troung. To bring my kids back for a repeat visit is the highest recommendation I can give! Thank you!!

It was great experience with Dr. Truong when I visited him for my long time physical issues. He has given enough time to listen to my problems and responded mindfully as well. He was not rushing as other physicians do. He did not make me uncomfortable by judging me for my different accent. I think he is one of the truest physicians in our health care system who took the Hippocratic Oath to help and provide care of sick people and keeping the promises he made. I will gladly recommend my friends and colleagues to see him for any kind of ENT problems. 🙏

Dr. Truong was excellent. He listened, took my concerns seriously, and while he was very efficient he never made me feel rushed like some doctors do. He also presented various treatment options and clearly explained the costs and benefits of each scenario. I could not be happier with the quality of care I received.
