This clinic and grooming center has been our provider for years, but the poor, rude service has just gotten to be too much and the vets don’t even meet with us now when we come in for a check up. I used to recommend them to everyone, but just can’t anymore.

Took my Shih Tzu for a grooming appointment and the lady asked if I wanted an inch off and I said maybe a little more because my dog is matted behind the ears. My dogs hair was 2" and when I picked her up and she was shaved to the bone with less than 1/4" of hair on her. Taking my business elsewhere.
