Called on 3PM on a Saturday about a dead skunk that came out of the storm drain then died on my front lawn. By 4 PM they sent someone out that got the dead animal. Fast, service, my only slight complaint is that dispatch told me someone would call me when they were enroot, but that never happened. Not a big deal. Happy to have it taken care of so quickly and at no cost!

I've been trying to have them come and get a "stray" dog. My neighbors refuse to claim the dog when it comes to my landlord but since they've said the dog is theirs to animal regulations officer Kat Morozova they will let the dog stay and roam. I cannot receive my packages as the mail carriers are afraid, animal regulation has been out TWICE and nothing has been done. Thanks for nothing Kat Morozova!

A bunch of power tripping women with badges and attitudes work here. (Especially Sierra H). Unfriendly, rude, and lazy. They kept my dog for two days because they were closing in 10 minutes and to lazy to release him. Instead he stayed at Haven unnecessarily for 2 days and he contracted kennel cough, despite supposedly being vaccinated against it. They also double chipped him for financial gain so they could charge me $195 to get him out. Avoid these people at all cost.
