BEWARE!! Avoid if possible!!
I am so disappointed with the service, care, and attention that Animal Dermatology Clinic did NOT give my pet or my family. My pet presented with really bad allergies and had open scabs in his body. We took him to the clinic so they could do an allergy test. The bloodwork was completed but the results were never shared with us. We had to ask them for the results instead of them calling us or informing us themselves after 3 days. Because of the results, my pet needed medication. We opted to get it through Chewy but instead of taking 3-4 days for vet approval it took multiple phone calls, in-person visits, and texts to just get someone to approve the medication he needed and a total of 2 1/2 weeks to just get the meds approved. When I reached out to Chewy they confirmed that they had sent faxes to the clinic but the clinic informed me they never got them and blamed chewy saying “they sometimes say they send a fax and don’t really.”
What frustrates me that most is that we would speak to different people and be told they would handle the situation but after 1-2 days we would need to reach out it again because no one would follow up with us. Additionally, one of the meds that they prescribed my pet sent him to the ER. I didn’t even bother reaching out to them because they didn’t care about him before, why would they now. If our usual vet had a dermatologist we would have never had to go to this awful place. I would rather drive anywhere else if my pet ever needs to see a dermatologist again.
