They were incredible. Dr. Wade even sat on the floor to meet my mom's dog and was so friendly and loving to all my pets I took in that day. Last week Dr. O'Brien showed the same loving care and even examined my granddaughter's stuffed kitty and gave her a clean bill of health! They are truly amazing!

I have had both good and some really bad experiences with this clinic. They recently left no emergency vet on call even though they decided to not work simply because of apple blossom and they wanted a day off. So my cat will suffer with a broken tail and leg for over 24 hrs until the emergency vets at Cascade will see her. I have gone in with an emergency only to be told to come back later, my dog almost died. But then we recently had to have our family dog, of 11 years ,put to sleep. The staff is very considerate and caring for your feelings, and concerns during such difficult times. We were very pleased with the way they treated our dog like a member of their own family during this time. So I guess as long as you can fit all your pets health care into their select hours its a fine place to go but they are horribly lacking for emergencys.

Thank you to the whole staff!! I can’t express the gratitude I feel for the care y’all showed Remy and I!! Thank you so much!! Y’all took care of Remy as soon as I called y’all that she had an accident and were at the door waiting for her once we arrived. If it wasn’t for y’all and the quick care y’all provided I’m not sure what would have been the outcome. I am for ever grateful.
