Bought a Naruto figure here. It had a paint chip and a broken part. Called the store and they said I cannot return or exchange it. The employee who answered the phone was super rude.

Love this shop. Brand new to the mall and lots of inventory. The guy that runs the shop is personable and organized. He takes customers ideas to heart with what he will carry in the store. Great deals on figurines too. Seems like a lot of the cool anime stuff I’ve found online is all in this shop. Make sure you quiz him on anime’s! - Also I don’t know this guy personally at all, I’m just a big ol Naruto nerd.
