This is a very terrible service, took three hours off work to wait for them to arrive. Never received a call back saying that they were not able to deliver until later that day after I called them repeatedly. Then told me between 5-6 would arrive and they still never came. Then called me back in the morning and said between 2-4 and I expressed to them that I was very upset that they had not called me back to cancel and I lost pay from work. They hung up on me and when I called back they hung up again. This is the fourth washer from this place. Thankgod I wasn’t paying for it it was through my agency. Because they have terrible customer service and they have no respect for others time!!! Never would I recommend them

We picked up a great used washer for a reasonable price. Helped us load it and they stand behind their appliances with a warranty on their products.

The worst customer service, I bought a washer/dryer set in February with 6 months warranty, the dryer has a broken filter and the washer has something sticky like glue getting on the clothes . I called and messaged them many times they say the service technician will come check them but they never show up.
