Holy moly! First massage where I wasn't in pain afterwards. Harder is NOT better. I could stand up straight with excellent posture. Ann knows way more than the run of the mill masseuse. She had her own practice in CA as a chirpractor. Being going to her for over 5 years. Would never go to another masseuse. Ever.

Ann is intuitive and knows what each individual's body needs at the time of the appointment. She also provides suggestions and techniques for self-care. I have been a client for almost 10 years and highly recommend her.
