Ann Taylor doesn’t offer free return labels or tell you that your can’t return items online to a factory store location. Very silly to make their customers jump through so many hoops

Nice clothes but pricey unless sale, not always my size available. Also quite often cars driving through parking lot do not make you feel safe. Even in crosswalk 😳
