I had a great experience at this store. I went in at 9 am to buy a last-minute outfit for a funeral at 10 am, and the fantastic ladies working there got me outfitted head to toe with time to spare. Christina is amazing, and she deserves a promotion. If you ever need women’s fashion in DC I highly recommend this store. It’s open early and the customer experience is fantastic.

I love this store. Always enjoy going in and all the staff knows me because I buy Ann Taylor clothes all the time.
Update. Today I met Joy the store manager. She is an absolute delight and I look forward to many more excursions to this particular store. She was warm and accommodating. You can tell she really cares about the customers. Christine the assistant manager is always helpful. Joyce is a sweetheart.
This is by far what shopping used to be like at other retailers. These ladies have it ALL going on. Love this store!
