There are not enough stars to give! Anna-Lisa is an incredible agent. She helped me 9 years ago to buy the house I then sold this year. I was so impressed with her work ethic and attentiveness, I hired her a second time. She knows her stuff! She works hard for you to get the best outcome. BUT, she will give it to you straight at all times, which I especially appreciate. She knows the process through and through and she works so very hard to make sure your purchase or sale goes off without a hitch. She does her part for ensuring as smooth of a process as possible. Absolutely LOVE her!

We really can't say enough good things about Anna-Lisa. She helped us buy our first home, which was very overwhelming, but she helped us through the whole process, and was there every step of the way. We were new to the state of Washington, so we didn't really know the area well-- we just knew that we wanted a horse property. Anna-Lisa helped us narrow our search and gave us excellent advice about which properties to pursue. Once our house popped up in our price range, Anna-Lisa helped us make a move quickly and get an offer in. She is incredibly responsive, and very knowledgeable about the Western Washington housing market. She was incredibly good at researching and digging up information about the house. She is also a very good listener and we really felt like she understood our needs and did an excellent job of representing us throughout the entire buying process. When our parents were in town, she came all the way from Olympia (our house is in Kitsap Co.) to let us in so we could do another tour with them. Her advice during the negotiation process was SPOT ON, and we are so happy that we had her on our side. Plus, she is a very friendly and lovely person, and we really enjoyed working with her. If you are looking for some one to represent you either buying or selling a house, we highly recommend Anna-Lisa.

Anna-Lisa did an amazing job of listing, promoting, and selling our home. She gave sound advice and suggestions on ways to stage and prepare our home for selling. We received several offers on our home within the first week, and the final selling price was significantly higher than the original list price.
She did a wonderful job of communicating with us promptly and professionally through every step of the process. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the community that she serves.
We would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of selling their home!
