Been taking my dog to Anna for 6 six years I took him on Friday and he came back the same and Service was rude I noticed customer service has changed since changing of managers.. get it together and hire people with experience not just Random people off the street's or family members.

Had my dog brad groomed there I'm thinking they had changed owners before you would have to get there before 7:30am there would be a few people ahead of you I've been noticed that I went at 8:30am thinking they would not be able to take my dog but he was #3 witch I was thinking why if anyone has to go have there dog or cat groomed try it there
