I would give no stars if I could. 😡🤬
I brought in a almost brand new controller for the switch and they tried to tell me that it was not working properly. They wanted to test it on the PC even with it being a switch controller. Of course it will not work right in the PC it is a switch controller after all. I have provided a picture of said controller.
They also tried to make me feel like I did not know what I was talking about. My son's father is a gamer so I do know that the store lied to me.
I would not bring anything to this store if I was you.
Stayed at a hotel next door and brought the kids in to look at video games as we had some time to kill. Ended up spending an hour here, playing all the cool retro arcade games. It’s the most affordable arcade I’ve been to! Barely spent $20 for the 3 of us. Great entertainment for the kids.
The kids were also impressed with the rare video games selection.
