Horrible move in experience. No one was there and I was paying movers by the hour. Cost me hundreds more dollars and was not willing to give anything for the inconvenience. Then 5 months later I get a rent increase. DOES NOT RECOMMEND. I regret this choice highly.
Update: 2ND RATE INCREASE WITHIN A YEAR. They know that it is hard to get things moved and people probably aren't in the area and it's nothing we can do about it. I think at this point I'm reporting to the BBB.

The online experience was easy but the real star was the guy behind the counter. He was awesome. Helpful. Plenty of information. Walked me to the unit and made sure everything worked.

Tom was super! He was very attentive to our needs and didn’t rush our requests. Tom showed us the intended storage we reserved to rent at our request to make sure the space meets our requirements. I’ve rented here before, almost looked elsewhere to be nearer to our desired destination. However, I shopped around and still felt a nagging feeling to come back because of my pleasant experience previous to our current status. Happy to be back and grateful Tom took awesome care of us! He also had a partner there helping us too who I did not get a name for but he was just as awesome! Thank you Anthem! 🤩
