Brought a car in for oil change and to diagnose/ repair a steering column clunking issue at end of December/ beginning of January. Oil change went great - the rest of the work, not so much. After diagnosing the cause of the clunking noise, I scheduled two return trips to Anthony's to complete the work only to find out each time, always near the end of the day, that the wrong part had shown up and the work could not be completed. I was told that I would be called when the right part arrived - after checking in twice in the course of two weeks on the status of that part, I got ghosted - just never heard anything back about scheduling the repair. That was over a month ago........finally went to another shop where they diagnosed the cause of the clunking (which was completely different from what Anthony's had diagnosed) and fixed it in less than a day.
I only use local shops for my car repairs - I'm new to the neighborhood and had read good reviews about Anthony's/ really wanted this to work out. I'm not sure what happened with my experience, but it's safe to say I won't be taking any cars there again going forward.
