I ran into the store, flustered and feeling defeated after going into a few other stores and NOTHING was working. One of the sales associates asked me what I was looking for - she could probably tell I needed help - and I told her I needed an outfit for a photoshoot for work…all of a sudden it was like the store’s mission to help me. All of the associates were so beyond kind and helpful. They were really trying to listen to what I needed and help me, not just sell me. I found some great pieces and am so, so thankful! They really turned the whole thing around for me - thank you!

The staff are SO rude - I was wanting to try on a wedding dress yesterday, not realizing that they're by appointment only. I had selected a dress and walked towards the changeroom, when one of the associates came running after me, and very rudely said "Oh, you can't just try those on, you need an appointment" and snatched the dress out of my hand, then turned and walked away. Yes, this policy makes sense but she could've asked if I'd like to make an appointment? She could have asked when my wedding was? Anyways, I won't be returning. The complete lack of professionalism is appalling.

Love Downtown Seattle Anthologies store. When I come here, I just forget the time and see it. On the 1st floor, there are accessories for clothes and miscellaneous goods, and on the 2nd floor, there is a sale rack and bridal dresses and room clothes.
The ones here are a bit pricey, but there are some unique and elaborate ones that you can find something you like.
A fitting room is also available. The clerk are all kind and do not disturb me. I recommend that you stop by when you come to Downtown Seattle.
