Anthropologie stores always are cute, this one particularly is. The decor is always beautiful and the atmosphere is nice. They have a wide selection of clothes and house stuff. It's great for gifts. Plus it is well located on Santana Row. The sales persons are not often available and the sales section is rarely interesting.
Honestly really Bad experience in it!( I mean I really love this brand, but I don’t think I will go THIS store anymore). I went there for exchanging one of the clothes’ size. Glad they save one for me because I called them one day ago. However the shirt they brought to me was really dirty. So I decided to return the cloth and get my money back. And.... funny thing was just happened after that. The gift card which cashier gave to me is only $0.1(I just figure out today when I tried to purchase other things online.) I clearly remembered that at that moment I asked her “any receipt?”, she said “nope, that’s it. You can use this card to purchase same price’s product”) (man, I was stupid!!! I trusted that cashier, so I did not double check at that moment) Anyway, so disappointed!!!
