Although I have not yet had the opportunity to visit the shop personally my good friend Betsy P. has gifted me some wonderful soaps and small items from the shop. I just love the soaps and will be sure to stop in when going that direction to say hello and shop some goodies.

EVERY time I go into this store there is something WONDERFUL that I bring home. One time I saw a pine kitchen cupboard that looked JUST right for my kitchen! Had to drive home to measure, and it was within 1/4" of EXACTLY the right size. JUST a lovely place, and lovely people!!!

Lovely Shop; Odd Experience. A friend (who frequents this shop) and I came in for a visit. Both of us purchased items. Among the items, we picked up several packets of seeds. The sign said one thing and the woman at the counter charged us more than what was posted. My friend questioned the clerk. I went to the back of the store where the sign was located to double check. I confirmed to the clerk what the (aged) sign said. She said something to the effect that someone must have changed it because it's always been the price that she charged us for. But, she was clearly annoyed and appeared insulted that we questioned her. It would have been an inconsequential thing if the clerk was humble and apologized for this simple human mistake. It's an odd experience however when a storekeeper is unhappy with the customer for something that they are responsible for.
