Good gym, 10 person linit at this time with scheduling of an hour at a pop. You can stay as long as u want so there is a little overlap of people. Machines are available and cleaning up after yourself is a must

Not satisfied with their fees transparency and misleading sales practices.
- When you say “Join for FREE”, it means FREE/$0. Why are you charging $20 for Free use of gym for a week? Its not FREE then, correct?
- What is your rationale behind “bi-weekly” club membership? Other than to make people believe it’s twice monthly payments which equals to 24 payments in a Year, but only to mislead people as its actual 26 payments and not 24.
- Lastly, in today’s world (of unpredictable challenges like Covid, etc) how do you expect people to sign up and commit for a Year long membership? And then penalize them for dropping out before end of committed year.
I had really liked your club and was looking forward to joining and staying on for as long as possible. But unfortunately, due to the above reasons I have decided not to join your club. Not that you care as no one till date followed up with me since my last visit.

What a terrible experience.. called a month ago to cancel and tell me I have to come in and do it in person when I finally had time to do it they inform me I need to make 30 days cancellation notice in person. After being with them for over 4 years I would’ve hoped they would let that slide so now I will never step foot back into Anytime fitness or any other location they are affiliated with because my answer was oh they’re super strict about that. That’s alright, Planet Fitness is a much better facility for less than half the price you pay for this joke.
